Insurance Plans Accepted

I am an in-network provider for:

Blue Cross Blue Shield (But NOT Blue Local or Blue Home)
State Health Plan and the Clear Pricing Project
Aetna

I will submit all claims to these insurance carriers. For all others, I will provide the necessary forms for you to file with your insurance company for reimbursement, if desired. Payment is expected at time of service if using out-of-network benefits. Payment by cash or check is preferred. I can also accept payments via Zelle and Venmo.

Rates

75 minutes Individual or Family Initial Visit: $200
45-50 minutes Individual or Family Follow-up Visit: $120
60 minutes Individual or Family Follow-up Visit: $175
Group Session (when available): $40
60 minutes LCSW Clinical Supervision: $60
Telephone calls longer than 10 minutes: $75/hour
Letter Writing/Clinical Summaries: $100/hour

NOTE: Couples sessions are generally not covered by insurance and those assessments are priced as a package. Please contact me to discuss those options.

I offer a no-fee 20- to 30-minute telephone or face-to-face appointment for anyone who is considering therapy and would like to have some questions answered before committing.
